We provide technical and commercial support on LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) projects and give support in overall project execution to many offshore companies.
We also represent international companies in India such as the Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC), The Netherlands. HMC were awarded the installation contracts for some of the largest platforms in Mumbai High for which able support was rendered, including local logistics.

Key expertise and logistical support was provided in setting up Heerema’s new engineering office in Bangalore, India (August 2008), which will act as a supporting office to Heerema’s Leiden and Houston offices.
AMBICO has also been in close collaboration with Great Offshore Limited (formerly Great Eastern Shipping Co. Limited), India, and provided techno-commercial support for many projects since 1997. To list a few such projects:
A joint-venture between AMBICO and IEV Group of Companies (Malaysia) to market the group's full range of products and services in India.
IEV is a world class engineering company, providing sub-sea engineering services & innovative and economical solutions such as the prevention and control of marine growth on offshore structures and has been successful in installing the innovative marine growth prevention system and offering marine growth and corrosion control management services to the offshore industry. The product and technology is now part of the specification of all new jackets built in India.
IEV-AMBICO represents FoundOcean Limited, Formerly known as Seamark Systems.
FoundOcean are the world leaders in the provision of premium quality structural and pipeline grouting services to the offshore Oil & Gas Industry. Their services include foundation and structural grouting, structural repair, and pipeline support and protection. In addition FoundOcean manufactures a range of anti scour products and provides structural inspection services.
Under license from FoundOcean, IEV-AMBICO started manufacturing of concrete mattresses in India for offshore pipeline support.
IEV-AMBICO has also recently tied up with Tamboritha Consultants, Australia, for supply of ROV’s and construction of intake and outfall systems for Desalination plants. Tamboritha Consultants Pty Ltd is an experienced offshore project contractor with international experience and physical resources enabling the provision of innovative underwater technology, ROV based subsea intervention, subsea design engineering, geotechnical investigation and marine hardware rental.
Although AMBICO was involved in the marine and offshore field at the outset, and is in fact run by marine personnel, the company’s activities soon diversified into non-marine areas and achieved recognition as a marketing set-up.
This division caters to the needs of core industries in India and provides marketing services for specialized products.
