Structural Pile Grouting

To meet the high technical and performance specifications of offshore clients, FoundOcean Ltd. have developed their unique Continuous Recirculating Jet Mixers. These mixers are custom designed for producing very high strength grouts without the use of costly additives. Over a period of many years FoundOcean’s grout mixers have achieved a high level of consistency in their production of high strength grouts which as allowed platform designers to reduce the length of grouted pile-sleeve connections. This has resulted in substantial savings in fabrication costs.

MassivMesh Concrete Mattresses

MassivMesh is a flexible concrete mattress consisting of hexagonal concrete elements linked together with high strength non-degradable polypropylene rope. The mattress has many uses in the protection, support and stabilization of subsea structures and pipelines and has been designed for its flexibility and ease of handling during installation.

We now manufacture these mattresses under license from FoundOcean Ltd. in India itself offering two very convenient options:

Option1:
We can manufacture the mattresses at our works located outside of Mumbai octroi limits.

Option2:
We can also manufacture them at Client’s premises where sufficient yard space and cranage will have to be provided.

Fabric Formworks

Fabric formworks, also known as Grout Bags, are used to support, protect or stabilize subsea pipelines and structures. Fabric formwork is a flexible shuttering constructed from woven fabric which is subsequently filled with cement grout. The final shape of the hardened grout is defined by the shape and design of the fabric formwork. They may also be used to raise a pipeline or structure by jacking to a desired elevation.
